Delete a profile or account

Delete only my dating profile

To delete only Dating, open Settings → Delete dating profile in the app and confirm your choice there. Your Antro account and Events remain. If you cannot access the app, you can ask the contact address to delete only your Dating profile. Clearly state which of the two options you mean.

Delete entire Antro account

To delete your entire Antro account, use the secure button below. Sign in with the same account, check the account shown, confirm by email and then choose permanent deletion. Opening this page or the email link alone deletes nothing. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery or ask for help.

Retention and deletion

Data still needed for orders, legal retention requirements or handling reports, for example, is not automatically erased. Deleting an account does not cancel orders. The deletion page explains the consequences. Profile deletion, safety cases, orders and backups have different consequences and retention periods. After profile deletion, photos enter the physical cleanup queue. Necessary report evidence and restrictions may remain separately. In an age-related case, the app shows scheduled deletion dates and any suspension. Deleting Dating does not cancel Events orders or delete your shared account. Age-related cases: after an unsubstantiated decision with no earlier measure, report evidence is deleted after 30 days; other evidence and decision data have a six-calendar-month period from the decision. A Dating profile confirmed to belong to a minor is deleted after 30 days. A separately stored date of birth is erased 90 days after profile deletion. An active restriction leaves only necessary minimal records. These periods do not automatically apply to other safety reports or backups. Deletion is postponed while a review, appeal or necessary legal retention is ongoing. Only Dating data is deleted. Your Antro account, Events and tickets are kept. A minimal age restriction record may remain; you can still request another review.

Help and safety

Share only what is needed. Do not send passwords, login codes, copies of identity documents, intimate photos or entire conversations. For a profile or message, use Report in the app where possible. Mention the language you would like a reply in. The language of this page does not guarantee that support is available in that language.
